We are looking for Senior Engineering Manager to join its Kharkiv office.

Skills Required:
• At least 4 years of experience in Software Development (Engineering or QA background)
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
• At least 2 years of experience in managing projects with 15+ FTE
• Experience with project finance management
• Advanced level of English
• Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills;
• Exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills;

Responsibilities:
In particular, in customer relationships:
• Ensures communication with client is ongoing, efficient, clear, positive, and leads to client satisfaction
• Builds successful client relationship at different management levels
• Establishes and maintains project status reporting mechanism
• Manages customer expectations and measures satisfaction regularly
In people management:
• Ensures teamwork: maintains motivation, foster the team’s morale, resolve conflicts
• Provides regular input on team retention risks, maintains the records with HR and follows up on retention actions
• Facilitates people professional and career growth
• Encourages personal responsibility and self-discipline within the team
• Approves hiring/firing decisions
In delivery management:
• Gets information about future workload of the project teams and head count changes from the Client
• Communications with top management: provides inputs for decision making, ensures pro-active or critical business notifications
• Initiates, contributes and manages project ramp-up plan
• Tracks Project progress tracking (KPI/measurement, resource usage, quality)
• Maintains appropriate level of delivery quality
• Maintains risk analysis and management
In operations management:
• Ensures appropriate project infrastructure is created and maintained
• Ensures appropriate project-related purchases and shipments are done as appropriate
• Ensures customer property and equipment management practices are in place
• Coordinates internal departments to solve project related issues
In financial management:
• Ensures Profitability management (LM, ABR, ABS analysis)
• Ensures financial reporting on project related and travel expenses are appropriate
• Participates in rate review process
